Instructions

    1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 338°F (170°C) and grease an 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 inch (21x11x6 cm) baking pan.
    2. Whisk the Eggs and Sugar: In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
    3. Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in the vegetable oil, plain yogurt, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
